Dr. Ali Amirzadeh was raised in South Carolina and then moved to California for his postgraduate work. He finished his Internal Medicine residency at UCLA and his Allergy & Immunology fellowship at the UCLA-Veterans Affairs and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Dr. Anita Bhat received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine training at the UCLA-VA Medical Center. She continued to fellowship in Endocrinology at the University of California, Irvine.

Cheyenne Quach was born and raised in the Bay Area. She completed her physician assistant training at the University of California, Davis, and had clinical rotations in various Sacramento, Redding, and Southern California locations.

Denise Ochoa feels most at home in the Bay Area, having lived in various places in California, Arizona, and New Mexico while growing up. Denise obtained her BSN and MSN as Family Nurse Practitioner from Samuel Merritt University.

Dr. Farinaz Farrahi grew up in the Bay Area after immigrating to the United States with her family from Iran. She obtained her B.A. from Mills College in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and her M.D. from Stanford University.

Dr. Harry MacDannald is an esteemed medical professional with a specialization in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and sleep disorders medicine. He is located in Walnut Creek, where he provides exceptional care to a diverse range of patients with complex medical conditions.

Dr. Imran Junaid was raised in Florida and then relocated to California for his postgraduate training. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and a fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at UCLA-Veterans Affairs and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Dr. Joy Bhat was born and raised in the Bay Area. She completed her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Rush University in Chicago, IL. After training, Joy worked in a clinic treating musculoskeletal problems and workplace injuries.

Julie Crouse is a family nurse practitioner that has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years. She has worked primarily as an Emergency Department nurse and, more recently, in Primary care.

Dr. Jyoti Bhat received her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine training at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. She continued to fellowship in Endocrinology at the University of California, Irvine.

Kiran Judge grew up in the Bay Area after immigrating to the United States with her family from Singapore. She obtained her BSN from the University of San Francisco, her MSN from George Washington University, and her post Master’s FNP from Samuel Merritt University.

Dr. Kusum Bhat is a certified Biofeedback specialist with a doctorate in clinical psychology specializing in behavioral modification. She has previously interned at the Children’s Hospital in Oakland, Battered Women’s Alternative, Hume Center in Concord, and the Contra Costa County Hospital Psychiatric Emergency Service.

Mary Katz was raised in Michigan and then relocated to California for postgraduate training. She completed her physician assistant training at Samuel Merritt University and clinical rotations in various Bay Area and Southern California locations.

Dr. Michael Cohen is a distinguished medical practitioner with over 40 years of experience specializing in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. Having served the Walnut Creek community since 1974, Dr. Cohen has established himself as a highly experienced physician with an unwavering commitment to providing personalized care to his patients.

Dr. Nandan Kamath has trained at many well-renowned institutions. He did his undergraduate degree at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire and then continued to Ohio State University for medical school and his dermatology residency. In addition, he completed an extra year of specialized research training in skin cancer and lymphomas at Case Western Reserve University.

Dr. Naras Bhat is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine (weight loss science), Sleep Medicine, Metabolic Cardiology, Allergy, and Immunology. Dr. Bhat is well-trained to detect and treat the risk of overweight-obese conditions that might go undetected in non-medical weight loss programs.

Dr. Paria Zargham completed her Internal Medicine training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai-Queens Hospital Center. She continued her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell-Lenox Hill Hospital, New York. After completing fellowship, she moved back to California.

Dr. Parisa Mehran was born and raised in Northern California. Board-certified in Internal medicine and Endocrinology. She completed her endocrine fellowship at Suny Downstate Health Sciences University.

Dr. Saw Sein is a board-certified Family Physician with many years of experience in a primary care setting. She grew up in Southeast Asia and received her medical degree from the University of Medicine, Mandalay, Myanmar. Then she came to the United States for postgraduate learning.

Dr. Sean Dougherty is a highly trained surgeon treating many foot and ankle conditions. He has an in-depth knowledge of the most cutting-edge techniques and procedures related to reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, diabetic foot care/wound care, and sports medicine-related foot and ankle conditions.
