For Dr.Mary Katz at Jiva Health

Dr. Mary Katz is the physician I saw at Jiva Health. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, and I also was in need of a weight loss program. I had gone to a few doctors before, and this was my last shot in attempts to address these serious problems. When I got to the office I was pleasantly greeted and Dr.Katz was very personable and helpful with all my questions pertaining my health issues. Because of so many variables its a little bit complicated. Dr. Katz listened to me,and offered suggestions and even stayed after hours to help me to adjust my sleep apnea machine as my new one is stuck in a 6-month delay at the Apria manufacturing unit. She took the time to find me a suitable mask for my previous machine and it was made so clear my comfort and needs were truly cared for.

The weight program had also been pleasant. She had to evaluate my past issues and was careful to make the right recommendations. The program and prescription she put me on were mild but effective. I'm consistently losing 2-3 pounds a week with no side effects. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the medical knowledge and common courtesy demonstrated by my physician Dr.Mary Katz. I have found it rare to find providers who genuinely cares for the wellbeing of their patients in the way she does. I rate her high on my list and I would 100% recommend Dr Katz to anyone, or already to friends and families medical needs. It’s hard to find as good of an all-around physician as Dr.Katz.
