Dr. Jerrold Kram is a highly experienced and respected sleep specialist with a career spanning over four decades. Dr. Kram began his journey in Sleep Medicine in 1980 and opened the California Center for Sleep Disorders (CCSD) in 1983. In 1989, he received his Board Certification in Sleep Medicine. 

Dr. Kram graduated with honors from the New York University School of Medicine, and he completed his internal medicine residency and pulmonary fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to the field of Sleep Medicine, and his work has been widely recognized. 

Dr. Kram is a firm believer in inclusive practices, and he brings this philosophy to his work at CCSD. He is actively involved in programs that promote Sleep Medicine expertise throughout the local medical community. As a featured speaker in professional and community lectures across the nation, Dr. Kram is known for his ability to engage audiences with his knowledge and expertise. 

In addition to his work at CCSD, Dr. Kram currently serves on the board of the National Sleep Foundation. He works with the American College of Chest Physicians and American Academy of Family Practice to develop a curriculum aimed at teaching primary care physicians the principles of Sleep Medicine. 

Dr. Kram’s extensive experience, expertise, and commitment to the field of Sleep Medicine have made him a well-respected figure in the industry. He continues to be an influential voice, helping to shape the future of Sleep Medicine through his work at CCSD and his involvement in various professional organizations.
